Do I have to be home ?

We suggest that you be present for the first time visit so that we may go over what your specific cleaning needs are, but it is not mandatory. For example if you have moved out, we can discuss the job requirments over the phone. It is your choice if you wish to be at home or leave us a key for regular visits. We always ensure that your keys are coded and properly stored with a number only known to us to ensure your security. 

What Can I Expect from Maid Spotless Cleaning Company?

You can expect a team of hard working individuals, dedicated to providing exeptional service everytime! We will arrive in uniform with our own supplies ready to revitalize your home or office. We will walk through your home or office with you, discuss any job expectations you have and give you our best time estimate. Upon completion of the job we will ask to do another quick walk through to be sure your expectations have been met.
 

Pet policy

We want your pet/s to feel secure and unalarmed by our presence. We ask that you please inform us of your pet's whereabouts and recommend that pet owners place their pets in a separate room or in the yard  prior to our arrival.

Can I count on you?

We will always do our best to accomodate your needs and schedule. There may be occasions where we may not be able to commit to a specific TIME of day for our arrival due to driving time between jobs etc... However, we will work with you to overcome any scheduling conflicts and will always phone you if there are unforseen circumstances. 

What are the payment terms for cleaning services?

Payment is due at the time of arrival. If you are not going to be home you may leave a cheque or cash in a sealed envelope marked 'Maid Spotless' on the kitchen counter of your home. For regular customers we can invoice bi-weekly or monthly, on approved credit. 

Cancellation policy

Your satisfaction is our main concern. Flexibility in scheduling is our priority as a service to you, but we do ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
